Pultruded carbon fiber square tube(Hollow) manufactured from 100% unidirectional carbon fiber, which gives them excellent strength along their length but does make them vulnerable to crushing forces.

Pultruded tubes are ideal for scale aircraft, gliders, helicopters, or any construction that requires strength, rigidity, and lightness. The Pultrusion process allows incredible tiny diameter tubes to be produced.

Carbon fiber square tubing is comprised of carbon fiber braid and unidirectional fabrics. This product is ideal for building lightweight frames and structures such as trusses.

Our carbon fiber square tubing has been engineered to be much stronger under torsional and side loading than pultruded tubing. It is also significantly lighter than pultruded tubing. Our carbon fiber square tube has been designed so that the unidirectional layers are captured in a sandwich structure, eliminating longitudinal cracking and splitting. The finish on this product is different from our other product lines. These square tubes show the texture of the carbon fiber braid with a wet shiny appearance. Dimensions are taken from the inside.
