3k carbon fiber sheet has extremely high strength, light weight, with shiny and clear appearance, widely used for model helicopter parts and hobby market. It can be made into pure carbon fiber or glass fiber core with carbon fiber surfaces, thickness range from 0.2mm to 60mm, customized thicknesses and sizes are available. LIJIN Carbon sheets are fabricated from woven carbon fiber material. The layers are oriented to provide high bending stiffness and axial strength. The outer layer provide a bias support in addition to an attractive appearance. This product is ideal for building lightweight frames and structures and any other applications where low weight and high stiffness are essential, yet appearance is also important.

This sheet has a twill weave pattern, one of the most common weave patterns in many markets. The one side of this sheet has a classic twill, woven carbon fiber appearance and is nearly pinhole-free with a matt finish.

Our high strength vacuum infused composite sheets are manufactured using 100% carbon fiber reinforced with a near-clear epoxy resin matrix. All composite stacks are laid by hand to ensure maximum homogenization of fiber alignment. Stacks are then vacuum infused and cured under pressure greater than 28 inches of mercury. The tool is then elevated to an optimal temperature to produce a near-perfect composite sheet with high-grade mechanical properties and a class-A surface finish.
