Carbon fiber tubes are made with a high-strength plastic composite that’s both stiff and lightweight. They conduct heat and electricity and offer excellent machinability. They are commonly used in applications that require high strength-to-weight and high stiffness-to-weight applications in aerospace, military structures, robotics, and manufacturing fixtures and sports equipment.

Ultra lightweight carbon fibre tubes with a twill fabric top layer and a UV protective high gloss coating. This product is characterized by a wall thickness of 0,5mm. Very suitable for super lightweight construction with good stiffness and reasonable strength.

These woven carbon fiber tubes, also known as CF or graphite fiber, provide high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and low thermal expansion. They are commonly used when building frames and structures, and are also used for sporting equipment, automobiles, bicycles, and boats.

1. Excellent physical and chemical properties: The density of carbon fiber is less than 1/4 of that of steel, generally in the range of 1.5-2.0 g/cm³, and its tensile strength is 7-9 times that of steel, which can reach 1-7 GPa. Generally, the modulus of carbon fiber is more than three times that of traditional glass fiber, and the modulus of high modulus carbon fiber can be as high as 700GPa. Moreover, carbon fiber has both the flexibility and processability of textile fiber.
2. Abrasion resistance: There is very little wear when carbon fiber and metal are paired. Carbon fiber is usually used instead of asbestos to make advanced friction materials.
3. Good thermal conductivity: Generally, the thermal conductivity of inorganic and organic materials is poor, but the thermal conductivity of carbon fiber is close to that of steel. Using this advantage, it can be used as a material for solar heat collectors and a heat-conducting shell material with uniform heat transfer.
