How do you ship the goods?
(1) UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/TOLL/Ocean Shipping
(2) Please select your favorable shipping method; or we could offer several shipping options for you if needed.
(3) The shipping discount differs in different season and depends on the weight of goods; we will choose the safest and cheapest way for you.
(4) Normally, it takes approx. 3-7days from China to destination country. Some remote place will need more 1-3days.

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
(1) Sample within 1-3 working days;
(2) Wholesales 4-7 working days according to actual quantities;
(3) OEM available. Please contact our sales for more info.
Production of your order will be processed after receiving full payment.
As soon as your goods delivered, tracking number will be emailed to you.

What kind of warranty you provide?
(1) Three years warranty for all our off road LED light bars.
(2) If any damage happens not caused by misuse or vandalism, please send back the defective items to us within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them according to the extent of damage.
(3) If it is only several pieces accessories (the costing is less or around postage) are damaged, we will send you free new instead.
Please provide photographs demonstrating the issues. After confirmation, we will ship you a new item.
