We adopt high-temperature ceramic sintering, low-resistance silver paste electrode printing, hydraulic fin lamination, epoxy encapsulation insulation four core processes. Ceramic chips are sintered under precise temperature curve to guarantee consistent resistance; silver paste electrodes reduce contact thermal resistance; hydraulic pressing ensures tight bonding between fins and ceramic chips for efficient heat conduction; epoxy potting strengthens insulation and moisture resistance. Strict in-line testing is conducted after each production procedure to reject defective goods timely.
PTC ceramic material has positive temperature coefficient of resistance: when operating temperature rises to the Curie point, its resistance will surge sharply, automatically cutting down heating power. It will maintain balanced heat output by self-adjusting power without external thermostat. Excess heat will be dissipated through corrugated aluminum fins to surrounding air via convection, realizing stable ambient heating.
