Nickel Alloy Pipe:
inc625 is an alloy grade with a density of 8.4 g/cm3, a melting point of 1290-1350°C, excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, and excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidizing and reducing environments.
Inc617 is an alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in hot corrosive areas such as sulphidation environments, especially in oxidation and carbonization environments with cycling up to 1100°C. This corrosion resistance combined with excellent mechanical properties makes this alloy particularly suitable for high temperature applications.

Nickel Alloy Pipe Metallurgical structure:
625 is face-centered cubic lattice structure. Dissolve out the carbon granule and instability quaternary phase, then change it to stability Ni3 (Nb,Ti) trimetric lattice around 650℃ after a long time heat preservation. nickel-chromium content will strength the mechanical performance in the state solution while suppress the plasticity.
