Spunlace nonwoven fabric is manufactured using high-pressure water jets that entangle fibers within the web, creating a strong and complete structure from originally loose fibers.
The production process includes: fiber measuring and mixing → opening and impurity removal → mechanical mixing and random carding into web → pre-wetting → water entanglement → surface treatment → drying and winding → final inspection and packaging.
