Construction technology progress of SI-PU plastic sports court

1. After making sure last progress, we brush waterproof paint on the whole ground. This progress is in order to clog pores of the floor. The recommended dosage of waterproof paint is 0.2kg.

2. Once the waterproof bottom is solidified, we pave SI-PU mixture of elastic layer which is made of water-based material, the weight of one barrel is 30kg. If the temperature is higher than 20℃, we need to add 1% water(about 0.3kg). 5-22℃ with content of water 2%-4%(about 0.6-1.2kg), then mix those well. The paving thickness is often less than 2mm, the reference dosage of mixture is 1.1-1.5kg per millimeter.

3. After we finishing paving the first laying SI-PU mixture of elastic layer, it needs to do a waterlogging test, if there is some waterlogging on the paving, we should fix it with the SI-PU mixture of elastic layer.

4. After we fixed waterlogging place, the second paving of SI-PU mixture began. Check the second paving's waterlogging, then fix the place where the water is higher than 5mm, and polish it.

5. SI-PU surface paint need to be brushed two times. One barrel weight of paint is 19kg, a bottle of firming agent is 1kg. We need to mix the surface paint and firming agent well. During the first time brushing, we add 5-10% silica sand into the paint, then mix them well and spray mixture on whole ground.

6. When the first paint brushing is solidified, the second painting began with no silica sand, mix the paint and firming agent well, then roll to brush or spray the mixture on surface. Spraying the paint will have a good effect.
