4. Production line management
A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection. Let's start with the step of purchasing materials.
How does our company control the quality of material procurement? We have two conditions.
1. For the parts that can be inspected on site, our company has a dedicated quality inspector, such as whether the cylinder is leaking, these can be found out on site, and only qualified parts can be put into the warehouse;
2. For conventional parts, the monthly defective product rate should be less than five in every 1000 parts, if it exceeds, our company sign a punishment agreement with our suppliers. If it exceeds 1%, we will pay $150 less to our supplier, if defect rate exceeds 2%, we will be deduct $300, if it exceeds 3%, we will pay $600 less, and it will double in turn.
5. Package and delivery
The inspection is as important as any other procedure. Our technicians usually need to inspect the following parts:

Adjust the tyre pressure, drive the loader to the inspection platform, to see if the bucket is level to the ground when it is on the ground

Check if the hydraulic oil is enough, and then lift the arm, withdraw the bucket and check the hydraulic oil level again, check the hydaulic oil tank scale (scale at 11 to 13 means enough)

Check if any bolts are loose or missing, and if there is a oil leaking problem

Check the track width to see if it is different from standard

Check the meters reading on dash board inside the cab. Including brake pump pressure: 0.4-0.8; lub oil pressure: 0.2-0.6; water temperature: check if it is too high after the testing; torque converter pressure: 2.2-2.4 (at full load and step heavily on the accelerate pedal.

Check if head light, tail light, on and off switch of different functions, and radio operating normally, if electric wires are exposed
