Packaging & Shipping
Normally it will only take 10 days to ship your goods to Guangzhou HuangPu Port after we receive your deposit.But it still depends on your chosen engine model and your purchased quantity.

For LCL shipping, we will apply plywood case packing which is durable for ocean transport for customers;
For FCL shipping, we will only use PE film which is lighter and cost-saving for packing inside the container, and will use steel wires to fix the generators location in the container for customers.

During the guarantee period, we will provide the free easy-damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by customer's incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, our company provides cost spare-parts maintenance for gensets.
