A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection
Our factory has 4 flame cutting machines, 6 plasma cutting machines, and 4 laser cutting machines.
There are large and small models. The large model is used to cut bigger pieces,and the smaller model is used to cut smaller pieces.
When the steel sheet is uneven or the cutting speed is not steady, a melting point or breakpoint will form; so during the cutting process, workers need to go back and forth to check.
