The Replacement Converter for Branson 922JA
Directly replaces Branson model 922JA Converter as used in 900 IW, IW+, AE, AES and AO actuator and IW machines.

The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.

First, all of the parts are all new.
The parts are made from certified materials in tightly controlled manufacturing processes, assembled and tested in a climate-controlled environment using carefully calibrated equipment, then properly aged and re-tested to ensure performance tha2t duplicates the OEM part.
