Molded rubber seals are custom elastomer components manufactured by vulcanizing rubber inside precision molds under high temperature and pressure. They can be formed into complex special shapes to prevent liquid, gas and dust leakage.

Molding Process: Compression Molding
Our components and materials are used for: sealing, insulation, silencers, protection, flame retardant, antistatic, conductive, water vapor resistance, and high/low temperature applications.

For stock items, generally 3–7 days; with mold, about 15–18 days; without mold, about 25–30 days, depending on the product situation.

We perform incoming inspection to control raw material quality, in-process inspection to ensure production quality, and 100% full inspection before shipping, including automatic inspection machine full inspection. Pre-production samples are also provided according to customer needs before mass production.
