We can make different o-ring flat washers or gaskets with different sizes and colors according to samples or drawings.

We have severial steps about customized products. main steps as bellow:

1,  Drawings or samples from customers.

     From drawings or samples we can know the sizes and material.

2,  Make mold (tooling) .

     We make molds according to samples or drawings.

3,  Make samples and send them to customers.

     Before mass production, we have to make samples and confirm the samples.

4,  Mass production after samples confirmed.

     During mass production, we can control the quality.

5,  Packing & shipment.

     PE bag inside, Carton outside. Carton sizes:  46cm*33cm*33cm,  33cm*33cm*33cm, if large quantity we will put the cartons on pallets.

6,  After-Sales Service.

Materials:

We usually make the o-ring flat washers / gaskets with NBR (Nitrile Rubber), Silicone, EPDM and so forth.

Of course after you choose the material, then you should choose the hardness, 

NBR,  from 30 Shore A to 95 Shore A. 

Silicone, from  25 Shore A to 85 Shore A

EPDM, from 30 Shore A to 95 Shore A.

Tolerance is -/+5 shore, so every 5 shore a is a grade. That is to say, when you need a hardness 70 Shore A, then the hardness from 65 shore A to 75 Shore A is normal. Of course, if you have high requirements about hardness, then we can make the tolerance between -3 Shore A to +3 Shore A.
