We can make rubber bellow sleeves according to samples or drawings.

First, please  send me 2D drawing, 3D drawing or sample of what you need. From the drawing or sample we can know the dimensions and materials. And then if any special requirement, please also let me know.

Second, we make mold and samples, send the samples to customers for testing.

Third, after the samples confirmed, we start mass production, during production, our QC department will control the quality. Then pack and ship the goods by air or by sea. Production flow as bellow:

Raw material test → Prescribe → Mixing Material → Cutting Material → First Cure →

First Part Inspection → Casual Inspection → Burr Dealing → Eye Inspection → IPQC →

Washing or Grinding → Post Cure → FQC → Packing

Last but not least, after-service. when the products have quality problem, then you can tell me, then we will solve the problems together.

Materials Description:

We usually  make the bellow sleeves by NBR or NR, which are very cheap and perform good. But when the orperating temperature is very low or very high , then we suggest silicone as the material.

From the table, we can choose the material according to the operating conditions.

Application:

Rubber bellow sleeves usually used in machines or automotives, as they can be used for sealing to protect from dust and other liquid.
