Hydraulic Fit Up Pipe Welding Rotator Tank Turning Rolls With Height Adjustment
The hydraulic Fit Up Welding Rotator is mainly composed of base, driven roller assembly, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic control system. The hydraulic cylinder on the roller frame drives the roller seat to move position to adjust the center height and left and right positions of the cylinder to align the two cylinders. After alignment, perform spot welding on the joints of the two sections of the cylinder.

Applications
1. The roll to roll distance can be quickly and accurately adjusted to accommodate a wide range of work-piece diameters.

3. The control voltage used in the pendent, foot control and switches is stepped down to 24 volts DC and fused at 0.5 amps for greater operator safety.

1. Both drive rolls are powered by a heavy duty direct gear drive and brake motor.
2. All of the gears and bearings are fully sealed and lubricated for long life and safety.
3. Both the drive and idler rolls are heavy duty iron core with extra thick urethane for long life and traction. The rolls will not mar or scratch materials such as stainless steel or aluminum.
