This machine can be used together with welding rotator, welding positioner and achieves the tank longitudinal and circle seam welding. According to the requirement, which can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device. It has the structures of fixed type, fixed with rotation and movable with rotation type.

Packing and Shipping:
Welding Column and Booms will be shipped in a wooden crate with a lid. The crate will be reinforced with 2x4s and metal bands or straps to ensure the welders reach their destination safely.
The crate will be securely sealed with screws, nails, and a tamper-resistant seal. Inside the crate, the welders will be cushioned with bubble wrap or foam blocks to prevent any damage during transit.
We will also use special packaging materials such as corner protectors, pallet wraps, and foam inserts if needed. If requested, we can also provide additional layers of protective packaging to ensure the welders arrive undamaged.
