Difference On Pipe Welding Rotator
1. Noamally Pipe Welding Rotators with Rubber material rollers.But when your pipe material is non-ferrous,we suggest you choose PU rollers. Because PU roller is more soft than Rubber roller. It will protect the work piece better.
2. Below 60T capacity we only use one motor,but when your work piece is more than 60T, we will use double motors.It will be turning steady.
3. If your pipe length more than 8000 mm , we suggest you use one power roller with two idler rollers to support. To avoid bending.
