Description

1. Pipe welding rollers consists of one drive roller and one idler roller.

2. Wheel is steel material,so that the work piece can pre-heating.

3. The roller can adjust the size of the wheel spacing (adjustment bolts), to accommodate different diameter work pieces, roll it to the best angle of the roller frame to scroll.

4. Work piece on the rollers to maintain good contact with the surface of the wheel when scrolling.

5. Wheel assembly is mounted on the wheel frame rack.

Pipe Welding Rollers Working principle

1. Turning roll’s working model: the two motors and reducers of driving rolls which is controlled by the same AC inverter, to achieve stepless speed and synchronous operation of the two motors to drive rolls rotation by the transmission system.

2. Pipe is placed on the driving and idler rolls, driving rolls is used to turn the pipe rotating by the friction between the driving roller and the pipe.

3. Linear speed of the welding on the pipe is the welding speed. Friction between the pipe and idler rolls is played a supporting role. Each rack frame of the rollers can be adjusted in the diameter of the pipe.

Application

1. Conventional turning rolls can be widely used in automatic welding of circumferential seams of metallic cylinder, which is necessary special equipment for auto-welding of various pressure vessels.

2. It will be more convenient to work together with column boom for big pressure vessels.
