Configuration
1.The carton erecting machine is highly efficient.The working speed is 160-300 pieces per minute and finished produces are automatically counted.It can do different size and shape boxes through changing mold.
2.The machine adopts chain drive to guarantee smooth running,hard-wearing.the chain drive of every unit are separated to reduce noise and workload,increase the stability.
3.Time of paper feeding is adjusted by cam.Simply operating, reducing failure rate;equipped with suction system to guarantee the paper steady feeding.
4.Automatic gluing system controlled by reduce motor from Taiwan.Gluing point is made of sponge and adjusted convenient.
5.Every parts of forming and collecting system can be adjusted according to the size of mold.The whole collection system can be opened to change mold and install the forming parts conveniently.
6.It adapts paper tape counting equipment.Quickly and efficiently adjusting,accurately counting and product undamaged.
Advantage and Improvement
1.Driving System:New design driving uses chain instead of belt.The belt is easy to be damaged under the high speed running,and costed much after sold.And separate the forming driving from the whole on the basis of chain driving to reduce the pressure of the forming roller.We are the first one manufactory of these improvements.
2.Paper Feeding System:Equipped with air suction system,and use two pieces of imported belt instead of single belt to guarantee paper feeding stably under high speed running.
3.Counting System:It adapts automatic the paper tape counting system instead of cylinder pinhole counting. Quickly adjusted for different sizes,accurately and undamaged counting.
4.Widen the Machine Body of PRY-Q1200 double channels from 1000mm to 1200mm.

Q8.Do you have machines in stock?
A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
