1.Feeder Unit

Machine Separation Device

Leading Edge Roller Paper Feeding System

Suction assisted paper feeding,fan 4.0kw,can adjust the air volume according to different bending conditions of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper supply.

Feeding Roll

1.The outer diameter of the paper feeding roll on top is φ 104mm,made of seamless steel pipe,wrapped with wear-resistant rubber,and balanced.
2.The outer diameter of the paper feeding roll is 104mm,and it is embossed with hard chrome plating.
3.Manually adjust the gap dial of the paper feeding stick,with an adjustment range of 1.2-12mm.

2.Printing Unit

Printing Roll

1.The outer diameter is 220mm(including the outer diameter size of the plate).
2.Surface grinding and hard chrome plating on 2 steel pipes.
3.Perform balance correction and ensure smooth operation.

Printing Pressure Roll

1.The outer diameter is 136mm and the wall thickness is 14mm.

Steel Anilox Roll

1.The outer diameter is 136mm and the wall thickness is 22mm.It is produced in Dalian.
2.Grind the surface of the steel pipe,press the mesh pattern,and coat it with hard chromium.
3.Perform balance correction to ensure smooth operation.
4.The mesh size is 220 mesh,250 mesh,etc.
5.Anilox roller with wedge type overrunning clutch,convenient and fast for ink mixing and washing.

Rubber Roll

1.The outer diameter is φ 128±0.02mm,originating from Jizhou.
2.Wrap wear-resistant rubber on the surface of the steel pipe and perform balance correction.
3.Rubber with high special grinding and good ink transfer effect.

Phase Adjustment Mechanism
