Features
The machine adopts manual paper vacuum adsorption auxiliary push board feeding system (air volume adjustable) feeding way.With a one-time corrugated paperboard slotting and angle cutting,edge,rolling line,and other functions,the machine and slot depth are electric adjustment,with the scale reading.Slotting phase adjustment to the planetary gear structure,adjust the use of electric digital type main 360 degrees,and slotting cutter disc and cutter to synchronous moving forward,(note: some special tool to adjust the mobile), is easy to use and maintenance,compact,is a professional in view of the small carton grooving forming equipment.
1.The paper roll shaft adopts decorative pattern,feed axis pressure regulation about using eccentric adjusting,eccentric,synchronous adjustment of high and low pressure.
2.Paper push board department adopts double side baffles and the tailgate solid cardboard, to avoid in the process of pushing plate paper took on a piece of cardboard from dislocation,cause slot error,can better adapt to all kinds of quality of cardboard,and paper stable and accurate.
