Paper Feeder

The intermittent belt conveying method adopts an independent servo control system,which can adjust the intermittent conveying distance according to the length of the paper;the paper pumping belt extracts paper from the bottom, eliminating the traditional clutch control method,so as to realize continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine.

Operation Interface

All parameter settings and function switches are operated on the touch screen.There are "jog,start,emergency stop,speed adjustment" shortcut operation buttons on the periphery of the operation panel.

Positioning Part

The chain guide bar is made of imported polymer materials that are wear-resistant and silent.The paper positioning uses square push blocks and brushes to increase the stability of high-speed paper operation.

Gluing Section

The transverse and longitudinal directions of the gluing roller are driven by motors respectively,and can be directly adjusted in two directions without stopping the machine. The gluing section also has a gap avoidance function (servo control) to prevent glue from contacting the belt and reduce frequent accidents due to gaps.The trouble of shutting down the machine to clean the belt.

Film Pasting Department

Film feeding adopts servo motor transmission and roller adsorption for continuous pasting.Compared with traditional intermittent pasting,it has the advantages of fast pasting speed,high precision and low film requirements.

Film Unwinding Section

It is faster and more convenient to install and replace film on the air-expanding shaft.The electromagnetic tension control system keeps the film unwinding tension constant at an ideal state, making the film more precise. Servo controls film roll feeding and corner cutting positions to improve production accuracy and efficiency.

Paper Delivery Platform

The paper delivery platform uses a separate servo-controlled belt to operate.The stacking distance can be adjusted as a whole or in sections,and runs at multiple speeds.Can be used continuously, paused,and points flexibly.

Electrical System

The whole machine adopts full servo motion control,and various electrical components and detection switches are made from products from Japan,Taiwan, France,Germany and other companies.
