Advantage

• Side lay, front lay and holder tongue are separated from each other when running. Because front lay can be moved up and down, it can be adjusted back-and-forth and also in diagonal direction.
• Gripper power and time of impression cylinder can be adjusted by torsion bar springs and eccentric bearings.
• Guide board is air-cushioned on feeder board.
• Split (staggered) ductor are controlled by 32 motors and adjusted in control console.
• Only 16 ink rollers make ink amount change more quickly. Diameter of rollers is bigger than before to store more ink.
• Work methods of intermediate roller can be selected according to different ink amount.
