New design Features

To improve the feeding paper stability and change moulds more convenient. We use wider belt instead of two narrow belts. Narrow belt is easily abrased by papers. Also you should adjust the distance of two belts when you change the moulds. For wide paper, it is more endurable and don’t need be adjusted.

In order to feed paper more automatically, we use both PLC operations with photoelectric sensor and servo motor to control the paper feeding part. It has two advantages.

1.It makes feed paper part easily operate when you change the moulds. The old design is adjusted by cam. When you change the different size of moulds, we need replace different size of cams. It is very complex and takes much time for change.
2.It makes paper feeding part more smoothly and fluently working. The old design is easily missing paper feeding when machine running
