1.The carton erecting machine is highly efficient.The working speed is 100-300pieces per minute.Use double forming stations design to produce different kind of boxes each station.It can do different size and shape boxes through changing mold.2.Servo motor control the gluing,and the gluing quantity can be regulated freely by the air pressure regulator.

3.The machine adopts paper vacuum suction system instead of belt feeding.The belt need be changed sometine and belt feeding also would damage the paper printing.The vacumm suction can suck almost all kinds of paper,but belt can not.

4.Gluing pump system controls point gluing.No need add gluing regularly and save the glue cost.5.Simple working steps includes paper sucting and forming(gluing meanwhile). Reduce the faults which are caused by complex and too many steps.
