frame hangers, trailing arm bushings, torsion bars, trailing arms and

3) . Check the bearings of the air spring bellows for external damage, deformation, sharp edges and that they are properly
tightened.
4) . Before installing the new unit, clean the air spring mounting plate to ensure proper connection to the

5) . Always use new attachment bolts when installing and observe the tightening torque. Never use
old bolts, as these may come off.
6) . Check the connecting rod of the levelling valve to ensure it is working properly. Under load, the connecting rod
should move up from the neutral position to the air inlet position. This allows air to enter the spring and

until the arm returns to the neutral position. Then check the driving level.
