The production process of forged ball mainly includes air hammer forging and rotary cutting and rolling.
Features of forged ball
Material: Forged ball uses high-quality raw steel as material
Impact toughness: The impact toughness of forged ball is greater than 12 joules
Breakage rate: The breakage rate of forged ball is less than 0.5%
Surface quality: The surface of forged ball is smooth, without pouring mouth, sand hole and ring band
Hardness: The surface hardness of forged ball is between HRC56-HRC65, the core hardness is between HRC54-62, and the overall hardness is high and uniform Wear resistance: The wear resistance of forged ball is better than that of cast ball, and the service life is longer, which can reduce the use cost and improve the enterprise efficiency.

1. Raw material - All our raw material is ordered from Chinese largest steel Laiwu Steel and Benxi Steel mills, we have the ability to develop custom-made raw materials according to the different requirements.
2.Heating- We used the electric furnace to heating the raw material,to ensure the average heating .
3. Water Quenching- We have mutual experience on water quenching to keep the average hardness and low breakage.
