Q1: How did you inspect your products before loading ?
A4: *The each melt will be analyzed for Chemical Composition;
*The hardness will be measured on 5 balls selected at random from each heat treatment
batch;
*Two ball at least will be selected randomly from each heat treatment batch for micro-examination;
*The diameter test and all the above mentioned test will be showed and carried out on
the templates;
* Sand and Slag inclusion will not existed ;
* Depth of defect is more than 2mm will not existed;
* Mismatch per face is more than 1.0mm will not existed ;
* All casting balls will be properly fettled,tumbled and dressed,all surface shall be
thoroughly cleaned .
Q2: Why other suppliers can provide lower price Balls than yours ?
