GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Jinan Zhongwei has the capacity to manufacture premium quality forged steel balls

of all sizes ranging from 22 mm to 160 mm ( 7/8” to 6 ¼” approx. ) .

Jinan Zhongwei Grinding Media Plant located in Zhangqiu , Jinan City,Shandong Province , China 

Forged steel Balls are made from high carbon steel bars with the proper alloying elements.

Bars are heated to forging temperatures and formed into nearly perfect spheres.

Then, balls are heat-treated to provide the necessary wear and impact resistance properties.
