Product Description:

Our electrical power pole is manufactured from steel sheet whcih has been subjected to hydraulic pression and longitudinal welding, and has a tapered tubular structure with a multilateral cross section. To achieve a proper height, steel poles can be assembled by insert mode or flange mode at the installation site.

In terms of production equipment, our company owns many advanced production equipments including CNC plate production line, digital controlled drill (Max working aperture is φ80mm), CNC hydraulic bending machine which adopted LVD technology from Belgium and longitudinal welding machine from Lincoln Electric Company. Regarding corrosion resistance measure, hot dip galvanization technique is in accordance with Chinese standard GB/T 13912-2002 and American standard ASTM A123 which could protect steel pole from corrosion for as long as 50 years.
