High mast light pole's welding complies with AWS D1.1 standard. Our company adopt CO2 welding or submerged arc auto methods which promise no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects will be left after hot dip galvanization. If customers need any other requirements of welding, we also can make adjustment ad your request. In addition, our high mast light poles are hot dip galvanized and could be powder coated and painted as per customers’ requests which allows more than 25 years' life period.

The high mast light pole have different types, we can install all the lights in one direction or install in a circle direction. Also, it can use the lifting system or fixed ladder, We can design it as your request.

Product Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q345. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room by our advanced spectrograph machine to check the elements of the steel sheet. If the raw material is not qualified, we'll not use the steel. So in this way, we can control the quality of the telecommunication tower from the first beginning.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting, bending, forming, forming operation, seam welding, we pre-assemble semi-finishing products before hot dip galvanization and powder coating. Before delivery, we will straighten hot dip galvanized telecommunication tower and wrap products according to customers' requirement.

Packaging&Shipping:

Usually high mast light pole is wrapped in plastic bags. If the customer has specific requirements, we will package according to the customer's requirements.
