Welding:
we welding the steel poles with auto submerged-arc welding and auto welding with perfect welding line and good quality,we strickly control the test of the welding by the flaw testing with ultrasonic crack detection to make sure there is no crack,undercut,slag inclusion,hole vent for the welding.

Product Process:

Raw material test → Cutting→Bending →Welding (longitudinal )→Dimension verify →Flange welding →Hole drilling →Calibration → Deburr→Gal

vanization or powder coating ,painting →Recalibration →Thread →Packages

Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q235 or Q345 in China. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
