Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q235 or Q345 in China. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Product process:

All of our material are purchased from famous factory to assure the high quality.

A factory certificate issued by the factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unloading the material in our factory , otherwise we have rights to refuse.
Before put into production , all the material must be passed the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have met the requested strength and component.

To assure our products qualified , we take steps as follows :

1. Management team : We have employed the experienced senior experts to take charge of the whole management ,especially the technical management and quality management .

2.Introducing ISO management :We are aware of ISO 9001:2008 certificate .

3.QC Inspection :It is our company policy that all the finished products should be inspected by our specialized QC in every manufacture step and before each shipment
