Our steel poles, being manufactured from steel sheet that has been subjected to hydraulic pression and longitudinal welding, has a tapered tubular structure with a multilateral cross section. To achieve a proper height, steel poles can be assembled by insert mode or flange mode at the installation site.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

A factory certificate issued by the factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unloading the material in our

factory , otherwise we have rights to refuse.
Before put into production , all the material must be passed the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have

met the requested strength and component.
