About Samples:
1. For our own brand "OCSTAT"
We’ll deliver the goods in 2 days after we confirm the payment, and normally 4 to 7 days will arrive at your place.
2. For the samples of your own Logo or design/ OEM
For big quantity OEM order, we will provide you samples according to your requirements. After you confirm samples, we will start mass production. The samples and shipping cost are paid by us!!!
About MOQ:
1. For Thermostats, our MOQ is 500pcs.
2. For Actuators, our MOQ is 100pcs. Because 100pcs actuators are packed into one carton.
Retail is also available, because we have a retail online store.If you would like a trail order, and quantity is less than MOQ, you can contact with us, we will arrange service.
About Lead Time:
For normal order:
If quantity is less than 1000pcs, the lead time is about 30 working days after your payment;
If quantity is more than 1000pcs, the lead time is about 30-50 working days after your payment.
For OEM order:
The lead time is about 15-45 working days after your payment.
About Shippment:
For samples/ Trail order less than 100pcs, we suggest you choose EXPRESS delivery. DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, EMS, ePacket are available.
For large order, we suggest you choose shippment by sea, or by air.
If you have special shippment requirements, just tell us.
About Gurantee:
1. We offer the warranty of 24 months since the sales day.
