• Insert correct die into crimping jaws
• Position stripped wire end in die with properly aligned terminal

1. Firmly hold handle and operate hydraulic pump with steady pressure
2. Continue pumping until jaws fully compress terminal onto wire
3. Listen/feel for completion indicator (click or stop movement)

• Release pressure and open jaws
• Inspect crimp for secure, even compression
• Repeat process for additional crimps with appropriate dies

• Clean tool after use to remove debris
• Periodically check hydraulic fluid levels
• Store in dry, clean environment to prevent corrosion
