Use and Characteristics

It is a single-acting,double speed pump.It is used to provide pressurized oil to compatible tools: Cylinder, Crimping Head, Cutting Head, Busbar punching bending cutting tools, pipe bender etc. where 700 Bar (1000PSI) working pressure is required. Ram advancement and retraction are controlled by solenoid valve equipped inside.

Features:

lElectromangetic valve contral to withdraw piston in any position ;

lHigh and low speed two stage for quick oil output. Turbine oil absorption could ensure max.        

lPressure safety valve over pressure unit could aviod over pressure damage. At700kg/cm2,automatically pressure release.

lHigh pressure is for driving piston and low pressure is for piston reset.

lOil pipe fitted with quick coupling could be ordered at any length.

lOil pipe coupling fitted with PT3/8'' thread.
