Description
Five sheaves Helicopter stringing blocks are used for stringing 4 bundled conductors on 400-500KV electric transmission line. The conductor sheaves can be made in high strength nylon or aluminum alloy.

Application: It is suitable to string FOUR or FIVE stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.
The central sheave is specially strengthened for passage of pilot wire rope.
The helicopter blocks are strictly tested and inspected by Europe and American leading engineering companies.
