The dry method processes raw materials by crushing and mixing them before direct extrusion into granules. The wet method requires a steam boiler system, with a conditioner installed on the extruder connected via pipeline. This method involves pre-cooking and tempering materials with steam before extrusion.
Compared to dry processing, the wet method delivers higher output with equivalent power and produces finer material particles. However, it requires additional steam boiler equipment and involves a more complex production process.
