Complete production line process: Mixing machine → Feed extruder → Stainless steel dryer → Anise seasoning machine
- Mix well-proportioned raw materials and water in the mixer for rapid, even stirring
- Transfer mixed materials to extruder feeding hopper and activate blanking device, temperature control, and cutter for extrusion
- Collect semi-finished pellets in containers from extruder discharge port
- Place semi-finished pellets into hot air dryer for uniform drying
- Transfer dried pellets to star anise seasoning machine with well-proportioned animal fat for tumbling seasoning
- After seasoning completion, pour out particles as finished product
Final Products: Fish feed, dog food, shrimp feed, frog feed, poultry feed, fox feed, textured soybean protein, and more.
