1. Feeding and Pre-conditioning System

• Feeding Hopper & Drive Motor: Raw materials are loaded into the stainless steel feeding hopper, which is equipped with a dedicated feeder motor to ensure a consistent and controllable flow of ingredients into the system.

• Preconditioner (Modulator): Before entering the extrusion barrel, materials pass through the preconditioner, where they are mixed with steam and water to achieve the desired hydration and thermal softening.

2. Drive and Transmission System

• Steam Injection & Distribution: A complex steam pipeline network, managed by a steam distribution manifold (valves), injects thermal energy directly into the process.

• Liquid Control: Integrated flow meters (rotameters) monitor and regulate the precise intake of water or other liquid additives.

4. Cutting and Discharge Module

• Pelletizing Cutter: Located at the die head, the cutter motor drives high-speed blades to slice the extrudate into uniform pellets.

• Adjustment Handwheel: Allows operators to perform fine-tuned calibrations of the cutter's position relative to the die plate for optimal product shape.

5. Maintenance and Support Structures

• Cantilever Slide Rail: A heavy-duty support rail (hoist) is integrated into the frame, facilitating the easy disassembly and sliding of the barrel or screw segments during cleaning and maintenance.

• Elevated Platform: A sturdy, powder-coated steel frame with safety railings and an access ladder provides a safe working environment for monitoring the feeding and conditioning stages.
