Fully automatic corn flakes food production line -- adopts American Extrusion technology, it takes corn powder, rice powder etc as raw materials , through t screw rotary head extruder direclty expanding out twist corn
curls.
-After this it will be processed with dryer or fryer to get final crispy cheetos snacks.
The processing line is foodstuff equipment researched and developed on the basis of
international advanced technology.
-The performance and quality have reached the highest international level of the same
line. From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, roasting, spraying to finished products
are done once time with automation.
-We fill the gap of the first-class food produced with extruded and inflated technology.

-This processing line can be used to produce different sizes of cheetos snacks, the size
and thickness can be adjusted .

Terms of Payment:
30% should be paid by T/T as deposit, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before delivery.
Testing & training:
If the machine is exported to other countries, the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging.
Warranty:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller’s cost (FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
