Introduction:
MK-100 Pet Treats Extruding Line can produce dog chew snacks and semi moist pet food. It combines two processing lines into one. With different moulds, various shapes can be made, such as strip, stick, screw shape, etc. Also, we can provide all kinds of recipe to make different tastes to full the demands of pet both for nutrition and chewing hobby. After dosing, the materials are worked by one screw composed by sectional modules for the following functions: forward and backward transport, mixing, feeding of additives, injection of liquids, de-gassing, cooking and forming. |

5. Our engineers can provide basic formula for the production, and help the customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula.
