BK-3 series roots blower inherits the design of BK series. It adopts air cooling type and improved rotor curve, which is featured of high efficiency and performance. Also this type blower is of vertical installation type for saving floor space and convenient for maintenance.

Features
- Optimized lobe curve is adopted for reducing blower’s internal leakage, improving blower’s efficiency and reducing running temperature.
- After radius-center distance ratio narrowed and shaft’s diameter enlarged, no deformation and collision will occur under higher load pressure as the blower’s strength is improved.
- Special hollow design of end-cover is used for making bearing cavity separated from gas chamber relatively, by which reduces the impact of inside high temperature gas on bearing cavity and lowers the bearing temperature.
- Deep groove ball bearing of high precision and low friction factor is selected for lowering operation noise. In addition, because of larger size bearing matched for enlarged shaft diameter, the bearing’s load capacity is enhanced and its service life is extended.
- A structure of 90 degree upper inlet and side outlet is adopted for convenient installation and maintenance. Different silencers are available for customers’ needs of saving floor space.

2. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is 12 months after received the roots blower. During the warranty period, replace the damaged parts for free of charge. Out warranty period, to provide timely, high-quality technical services and price concessions spare parts to ensure continuous safe and high-quality equipment operation.
3. How long is the service life of roots blower?
In normal use environment
A- Service life of blower is more than 10 years.
B- Service life of Impeller is more than 60, 000 hours.
C- Service life of bearing is more than 50, 000 hours.
D- Service life of gear is more than 60, 000 hours.
4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Fumigation Free Plywood Case. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
5. How does your factory control product quality?
We have quality inspection department. Before sending out product, we check each product. If there is quality problem, we will produce new one.
6. What are your terms of payment?
1. TT 30% AS THE ADVANCE PAYMENT AND TT 70% AFTER INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING.
