You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free training, which includes the software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.

(iii) Technical Support:

If needed, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane ticket, and also USD100/day/staff (from our engineer’s departure from Shenzhen) and should help to arrange our staff visa.
