2. How to protect power supply?
Electrical peaks can put more force on the electrical components which will decrease life time .
it is wise to install a protection (voltage stabilizer) that can control the peaks.
3. What is the return policy?
If the module died exceed 1%,we can resend you the new one.
4. What is Drive Method, driving IC and Power supply
Drive Method: always we use static, 1/4 scan, 1/8 scan, 1/16 scan, the latter one contributes to less brightness than the former. We always use the static outdoor, and use the different kinds of scan indoor.
Driving IC is the generic term for several kinds of IC, that are used to control the LED lamps, and as a bridge between the control system and lamps.
Power supply: a kind of device that used as a transfer from 220V AC into 5V DC. It always seems like a box in the cabinet.
5. What is viewing angle?
Viewing angle is the maximum angle at which a display can be viewed with acceptable visual performance. It includes horizontal viewing angle and vertical viewing angle.

6. May I know the Minimum order for your products:
For our products, no limit for the size of the led display screen, but generallay speaking, one screen the dots more than 50000 dots will be clear for the audience to see the video on the screen.
7. How long time I can get the cargos?
Our production time is about 12-15 working days;
When we confirmed the order, after we get your deposit, we can start production, we will update the production details in time; Before finish, we will notice you and after we get full payment, we can delivery the goods to you.
About the time from start port to destination, that depends on the distance and the state of the sea company or airport company.
8. How I can make payment?
