1-10V Dim
1-10V dim interface enable only after reset.
PUSH Dim
Short push (<0.1sec): Ignore, to avoid reaction on AC spike.
Short push (0.1~1sec): Switch on or off.
Long push (>1sec): Dimming up or down, dimming automatically stops at minimum or maximum value.
