Material
- Standard long reach boom: All Q345B steel plates (equivalent to S355 steel in Europe)
- Heavy duty long reach boom and arm: Top and bottom use Q690D high strength steel plates (equivalent to S690QL steel in Europe), other parts use Q340B steel plates
Internal Structure
Spaced by vertical and horizontal reinforcement plates at regular intervals for enhanced durability.
Precision Manufacturing
All steel plates are beveled by beveling machine before welding for perfect fit and strong joints.
Strong Welding

Copper bushings are fitted inside the boom cylinder and boom-arm conjunction pinhole to prevent pin deformation and wear over time.
