- The arm can use existing original arm cylinder. If you need a new arm cylinder, we can also supply it

Boring after welding: To achieve higher machining accuracy, we fixing a 30m boring machine which used to process larger diameter pin hoses after welding, it can meet the demand of micro meter accuracy, and insure two pin centers in one line.

Hydraulic Cylinder: We customized hydraulic cylinder from S-ANY factory.
Pins: Material: 40Cr, all of our pins are hardened (to enhance hardness above 55HRC), tempered (to enhance toughness) and grinded (to enhance precision). This greatly increases the service life of long boom.
Hydraulic Hoses: All of high pressure hoses we use American "EATON" brand.

Standard Warranty: 12 months after installation:
1.) For steel structure, you need to take photos/videos for the failure to prove that its defects arising out of our material or workmanship instead of your improper operation. If its proven be defects arising out of our material or workmanship, we will direct you how to remedy for that failure and you can charge us for those remedy expense. But please kindly notice that you shall follow our directions to do that remedy under such circumstance, otherwise we will not take any responsibility.
2.) For those accessories such as cylinder/pipes/hose/pins, you also need to take photos/videos to prove that its defects arising out of our material or workmanship instead of your improper operation. If its proved to be defects arising out of our material or workmanship, we will send you replacement parts free.
